The Ghost Camera

A camera is thrown from a castle window to get rid of a photograph of a murder and lands in the back seat of a passing car, and the chemist who owns the car develops the film and goes looking for the girl in the picture. Ida Lupino, fifteen, is the girl, whose brother is the suspect; Henry Kendall is the chemist. Bernard Vorhaus directs at speed, and David Lean cut it, and his editing is the reason it moves.
