Tailspin Tommy and Skeeter train young army fliers for a coastal patrol against smugglers, and the colonel's son is afraid of guns, which the film is about as much as the smugglers. Sixty minutes of aviation programmer with the flying done in stock footage and a hangar, one of four Tailspin Tommy films Monogram made that year from the comic strip.
