Long Pants

1927 · 60 min · US

Directed by Frank Capra

A boy kept in short trousers gets long ones, falls for a woman from the city who turns out to be a drug runner, and tries to shoot his fiancée so he can follow her. Harry Langdon's innocence turned into something darker, with a bicycle. His last film with Capra, who he then fired. First National, 1927, sixty minutes.
